GAA does not plan, operate, sponsor, supervise, staff or run any of the JCHS Sports Programs or any of the JCHS athletic camps, all of which are activities of JCHS tht are conducted, operated and supervised by the JCHS Athletic Staff, who are Fulton County Board of Education employees or staff; and that the JCHS Athletic Staff are not agents, contractors or employees of GAA and GAA does not hire, fire or supervise the JCHS Athletic Staff; and that GAA is not responsible for the conduct, misconduct, actions or omissions of the JCHS Athletic Staff.
